First of all, we wouldn't have posted that total on the board if it weren't for Radha's innings, so I would love to give her the credit. At the post-match presentation ceremony, Patil remarked, "I'm really happy with Richa and Radha's contribution in the first innings. Knowing they were four down and we were 40 for 4, just to play those innings, I think it's massive impact and it gave us a lot of confidence seeing that 170-180 on the board."
gave us great assurance that dew would play a significant part. Since we hadn't encountered a lot of dew in the previous two games we'd played on this wicket, we were aware that the last few games had seen massive, heavy dew. We were prepared for dew today, and I believe the bowlers performed incredibly well. I'm thrilled to have received my first fifer in the WPL," she continued.
